By taking an atypical approach to the site and home design, we were able to create a flat courtyard around which the home wraps. This along with multiple terraces, long distance views and floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for an open connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The home is not huge, it’s “right sized” for a retiring couple who want to spend time outdoors.
