Submit your entry for the 2025 WNC Parade of Homes. Whether you’re featuring a completed showcase home, highlighting a community development, or showcasing a stunning renovation project, this is your opportunity to put your work in the spotlight. See below for submission directions and deadlines. Remember to submit by the early bird deadline to save on entry fees.

Submission Directions

Step 1: Visit the Website
Go to WNCParadeofHomes.com/Submit
Step 2: Select Your Entry Type
Click the link that corresponds to the type of entry you’d like to submit (Showcase Home, Renewed Space, Community Highlight, etc.).
Step 3: Log In or Create a Submittable Account
You’ll be redirected to our submission platform, Submittable. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
Step 4: Complete the Submission Form
Fill out all required fields. You may save your progress and return later—just make sure to click “Save Draft”.
Step 5: Upload Required Materials
Include any necessary floorplans, color selections, elevation drawings, and photos (or in-progress images). These support your entry and allow us to begin production.
Step 6: Submit Your Entry
Once all required information is entered, click “Submit”. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Step 7: Pay Your Invoice
You will receive an invoice by email. To retain your deadline fee, payment must be made within one week of receipt. Late payments may result in additional fees.
Step 8: Confirmation & Proofing
The BABRM team will review your submission for completeness and follow up to confirm your details before the proofing process begins.

The WNC Parade of Homes is your opportunity to put your craftsmanship in front of thousands of potential clients. Whether you build high-end custom homes, single-family residences, townhomes, affordable housing, or workforce housing—there’s a place for your project in the Parade. A variety of residential styles and price points are welcome. If you’re unsure whether a home qualifies, just ask—we’re happy to help.
