Featuring Exceptional Homes from
Builders Across Western North Carolina
The Western North Carolina Parade of Homes is a FREE, self-guided showcase of new and renovated homes across the region that offers an inspired look at mountain living. Open to the public, you can tour the homes in person during Parade weekends. Virtual tours launch next week and will remain available year-round.
Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the WNC Parade of Homes features new and remodeled homes from builders across the greater Asheville and Hendersonville area, including Brevard, Black Mountain, Fairview, Marshall and other idyllic mountain towns in the region. This tradition spans two weekends and features a wide variety of homes in diverse styles, locations, and price points.
