About the Parade
Find Inspiration at the Parade
Every October, builders from across the region showcase their new homes and offer inspiration of what mountain living is like here in Western North Carolina. The parade features new and remodeled homes from builders across Western North Carolina, including popular mountain towns like Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Black Mountain, Fairview, Marshall, and other communities in the region.
The 43 annual WNC Parade of Homes is a longstanding, highly anticipated fall tradition hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Whether you’re looking for inspiration or curious about the latest trends in architecture and home design, you can tour most of the homes in person over two weekends in October and all of them virtually year-round from anywhere. The parade is FREE, self-guided, and open to the public. Online and in-person, visitors will discover a wide variety of unique homes in diverse styles, idyllic locations, and communities, the latest trends in home technology, green building and interior design, and so much more.
Tastes of Tour: Don’t Miss Out on an Exclusive Sneak Peek!

Parade Committee
An amazing group of volunteers from the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains membership come together each year to plan every last detail of the WNC Parade of Homes. Truly a work of collaboration and professionalism, member volunteers give of their time and experience to ensure the parade provides an inspired experience for the public, BABRM members, and the construction industry.
