The WNC Parade of Homes is a celebration of excellence. Each year, the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains recognizes the outstanding craftsmanship among parade builders in a variety of categories, including the highly prized Best in Show and Viewers’ Choice awards.

Which homes deserve the Viewers’ Choice Awards? Let us know by voting for your favorite Showcase Home and Renewed Space. Voting opens October 10, 2025 at 6 AM and closes October 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM, EDT. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
