The community features 73 spacious homesites, each 2+ acres, offering residents expansive views and excellent privacy. A distinctive feature is the 5 miles of trails, inviting residents to explore nature. Sprout also hosts multiple community gardens that produce fresh food. The community commits to supporting biodiversity with two apiaries that aid in pollination but also provide healthful honey for residents to enjoy. Sprout offers access to ultra-fast internet through underground fiber optics, ensuring reliable connectivity for all residents. Located conveniently between Asheville and Hendersonville, Sprout offers easy access to urban amenities while maintaining a peaceful and natural environment for its residents.
