SINGLE FAMILY HOMES • LOTS AVAILABLE
North Hill at English Forest is an intentionally small eight-home neighborhood at the end of English Drive in Candler, about 15 minutes west of downtown Asheville. Homesites are approximately 0.70 acres each, set among mature hardwoods on gently rolling ground with no through traffic—a quiet, wooded setting still minutes from West Asheville’s Haywood Road and the Bent Creek trail network. Each home is built from a North Hill plan and offered as a complete home-and-homesite package. Buyers who purchase during construction can personalize finishes, fixtures, and selected design details, with greater flexibility earlier in the build. Visit 137 English Drive to experience the neighborhood’s wooded setting and see what North Hill is building at English Forest.
