Scope of Work: The single-story garage was transformed into a space for living, working, and beyond. The first-level workshop space was completely revamped. An upper apartment space was added featuring an office, a wetbar, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. From its humble beginnings, a beautiful multi-purpose home “away” from home was created.
