Originally built as a public amenity for Lake View Park, the Beaver Lake Tea House later became a family home, where it remained for several decades before falling into neglect. Today, under current ownership, a careful restoration has returned the home to its original footprint. By removing mid-life additions, reclaiming the historic porches, and adding modern systems within a newly excavated basement, the structure is fully prepared for its next century of life. Surrounding the home is one of Asheville’s most extraordinary landscapes—a setting that fuses historic character with stunning design, unlocking panoramic views complemented by special spaces for contemplation, relaxation, and exploration.
