This renovation transformed an empty, unfinished basement into a rustic and welcoming entertainment space with a bonus room and workshop. The new lower-level renovation includes a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, workshop, bonus room, and storage space. Finish materials add layers of warmth and texture: patinaed metal, cultured stone, iron-ore painted walls, warm wood ceilings with rustic beams, quartz countertops, dark wood and deep green custom-built cabinetry, metallic decorative lighting, and pops of colorful tile bring the space to life. This once-empty basement has now reached its full potential – the renovation has activated a new wing of the home where the homeowners can make memories for years to come.
