This farmhouse stood on the outskirts of Black Mountain, surrounded by rolling hills & a blanket of greenery. It was a timeless beauty, but it needed modernization. That’s where our team came in. We were tasked with transforming the 1932 farmhouse into a functional & flowing home for a growing family. Our first challenge was the kitchen – it lacked storage & had a cramped layout. We solved this by completely remodeling the kitchen, demolishing the interior hallway wall to add ample storage & creating a pass-through to a cozy breakfast nook. Next, we expanded the primary bedroom & added a luxurious custom closet for all their belongings. The real showstopper was the primary bathroom. We completely reworked it, adding a double vanity & wet room style shower with a soaking tub. We successfully blended modern amenities with the rustic charm of the farmhouse, creating a home that was both timeless & functional.
