This historic Montford renovation was designed and built by the Ward team with the intention of interweaving necessity with classic design. Our homeowner needed a bedroom on the ground level that would be accessible through the next period of life. By carefully selecting windows and siding, we were able to further preserve this amazing home, while also adding on the needed space for the future. The home features a 110 year old brick double sided fireplace which was carefully preserved during the restoration. It also showcases a beautiful custom kitchen paired with the brand new owners suite. A beautiful combination of historic preservation and modern amenities.
