Renewed Space 3 – The Arboretum Garden House

Whole House Remodel • Project Cost: CUSTOM

Transforming and reconfiguring this whole-home remodel into a timeless French cottage-inspired retreat, the design balances character, light and vibrant color with thoughtful functionality. Custom millwork, built-ins and cabinetry pair beautifully with serene, woodsy outdoor living spaces. Custom designed details—including locally made kitchen curios, brass floor inlays, stylized wall coverings, skylights, large-format doors and French oak floors—create warmth and sophistication throughout. Custom furnishings, upholstery and drapery fabrics add richness and individuality, while aging-in-place features such as curb-less showers, wider doorways, and accessible layouts ensure long-term comfort and ease. The result is a refined yet relaxed home deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
