The Evergreen House is a complete transformation of an existing residence in Brevard, North Carolina, reimagined as a sophisticated contemporary home where architecture, craftsmanship, and performance are seamlessly intertwined. The four-bedroom, three-and-ahalf- bath residence was thoughtfully redesigned to create an intentional flow between expansive living spaces, a private home gym, golf simulator, and inviting outdoor living areas that extend the home into its natural surroundings. Refined architectural detailing, elevated finishes, and carefully executed craftsmanship define the home, while extensive structural and building-system improvements are quietly integrated behind the finished spaces.
